And the moral of the story is …

One aspect of being a storyteller which I particularly enjoy is the opportunity to tell such a wide variety of tales.
The second half of many of my performances emphasises deep, intensely moving stories. It often seems appropirate to lighten the mood after the final applause with an encore to adjust the listeners to the everyday world they are about to go back to.

Videos are provided free to view.

If you want to download one, I can arrange that. Just send me a mail telling me which story you’d like, and your reason for wanting a download.

I collected this tale, like so many others, from the generous postings on the Storytell listserv.

It was recorded at one of my favourite gigs, Bietigheim in Germany, in October 2017.
